How do you keep your wedding planning documents? All seperate folders, digital only or a large binder? Have you considered using one of those planning binders?
There are just so many different options and each one should be used based on your personality. One of the easiest things we use to help our clients keep things in order is the old fashioned way - a binder with tabs.
We make tabs that say Budget, Task List, Contracts, Guest List, Photography, Music, Attire, Cake, Flowers, Ceremony, Reception, Decor, Transporation/Hotels, Rings, and Honeymoon. Sometimes depending on budget we will add Lighting, Bruch or other items, then once everything is complete we have our clients put the entire wedding day timeline, vendor list and decor set up in the front of the binder so they can always rember how their wedding day went and felt for them.
For destination weddings everything is very different as most information will be kept electronically. As this is much easier to use when traveling.
