Just one of the many details that enhance the look of a wedding are of course the wedding linens! Here are some tips on ordering your own. (Of course if you hired us....this would be taken care of!)
- Make sure you have your guests are seated comfortably and that you have an accurate account of who will be attending.
- Call your wedding venue and make sure that you have the sizes of the table and ask what size linen do they recommend for the look that you are going for.
- Make sure that you have a floor plan of what the table set up will look like. This should include, guest tables, sweetheart and/or head tables, gift tables, cake tables, candybar, and food tables. Each table size should be listed so you order the correct number and size of table linens.
- Now that you have all of this information - choose your linens!!

Managing children at a wedding is not an easy task. Usually they are all different ages, could be from different families and then you could add in behaviors, etc. Their parents that are attending want to have a good time, and not have to worry about their kids having fun or needing them. It is a difficult decision to decide if you should allow children at your reception or not. If you do decide to allow children at your reception try to make sure that they have a little something to keep them busy.
On a personal note I would not give them lots of candy (it hypes them up), provide more activities to keep them busy. Here are some cute photos of tables for kids that we found!
