Veronica Foster

Veronica has a passion for creating elegant distinctive events. Her attention to detail, style and quality, and ability to tune into her client’s vision, is her professional trademark.  She draws her inspiration from the elements of the space and loves interior design!

Behind The Scenes Inc was created in 2002 and quickly became one of the area's top wedding coordination and design companies.  In 2019 she transitioned to a sole focus on destination weddings and group travel and is quickly rising to become one of the area’s best romance and group travel companies.

Veronica has coordinated events for 15 to 1500 guests, including weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate events, and fundraisers.  She has organized many charity gown sales for Brides against Breast Cancer and Project Pink Inc, she is a Gold Sandals Certified Wedding Specialist and currently acts as the Vice President and Head of the Association of Bridal Consultants USA. Previously, she acted as Director of Fundraising for the National Wish Upon A Wedding non-profit organization and the North Carolina State Manager for the Association of Bridal Consultants from 2006 to 2012 and still conducts many training classes for up-and-coming destination wedding planners. 

Along the way she has learned what makes an event special: attention to details, creativity, sensitivity to the needs and wishes of the client and the needs of their guests.  She wins the hearts of her client with her enthusiasm, warm spirit, and professionalism.
